Danske Bank is a Nordic Bank and Denmark's largest bank. The bank serves personal and business customers and large institutional clients. The bank's core markets are Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland. Onitio has delivered end-user services to Danske Bank for many years, and as direct supplier since the beginning of 2017.
In Q1 2022, Onitio signed a new service contract with Danske Bank. Danske Bank has +15.000 users, across +200 locations, and Danske Bank required a partner with an agile approach and professional setup to support all end-users and manage warehouse functions.
In total, Onitio has delivered over 70.000+ activities and multiple projects as an integral part of the end-user operations in Danske Bank.

Danske bank had a 5 years agreement with Onitio which expired March 2022. We started up a tender process May 2021 with aim of having a selected supplier 31st December 2021. We were searching for a supplier that could offer a flexible solution for break/fix and IMAC services in the Nordics.

Onitio has been very flexible in assisting us in establishing 7.000 flex seatings in greater Copenhagen, with a short notice. Onitio managed to locate +20 FTE, and manage the project within a period of 3 months.
In the day-to-day, we experience a good service from cases of setting up one PC to moves with several hundred workplaces, and to handling the replacement of old PCs in a new way.
