The Visma companies Exso AS, Value Retail Consulting AS and EssCom AB are merging with InfoCare to form a group with a new name: Onitio. This was spearheaded by Aars as a strategic, long-term owner.
Onitio is a leader in the Nordic region within the companies' respective business areas and aspires to continue growing along with its partners and clients. As of August 2023, the company has just over 1,500 employees and an expected turnover of close to NOK 2 billion in 2023.
The new group will be led by Malin Yrwing, the current Group CEO of InfoCare. She has previous experience from AF-gruppen, Capgemini Consulting and Wilhelmsen Maritime Services.
All four companies will merge into the same group under the name Onitio. The Onitio brand will be established in a transitional phase and the organisational change will be completed over the course of 2023.
"I'm looking forward to assembling the organisation and getting to know skilled new colleagues. We'll provide the group’s existing and future clients with a robust partner that is present in all the Nordics, along with broad expertise and improved capacity to deliver. We're bringing together a lot of skilled professionals, from north to south in the Nordic region, which means that we can provide a local presence and proximity to the client. Onitio will have a client-oriented organisation from sale to delivery," says Malin Yrwing, new Onitio CEO.
As a merged group, Onitio will deliver a broad spectrum of IT services. Onitio Technology Services will deliver installation, support and maintenance of IT and tech equipment throughout the Nordic region.
Onitio Workforce Services and Consulting will deliver resources and comprehensive staffing solutions within IT, both through on-site resources and remote support.
Onitio Solutions will deliver solutions within retail and adjacent sectors. Consultant services with cutting-edge expertise within retail and IT will be provided through Value Retail Consulting.
The new group's client base includes several of the largest businesses in the Nordic region (in both the private and public sector).
