Nikolaj has been a central figure at Onitio Denmark for many years. He began his journey with us in 2005 and has only been away to pursue his master’s degree in film science. When he returned it was in the role as a logistics employee, where he worked for five years before evolving into a crucial role as Service Delivery Manager.

In his current role, Nikolaj ensures top-notch service for his customers and carefully oversees projects and contracts. His dedication and professionalism have made him an invaluable part of our team.

Nikolaj has a great passion for an active lifestyle, he's spending alot of his free time cycling and playing football. He also has a strong interest in films, which is why he pursued his master’s degree in film science and simultaneously produced the movie “Afskåret.”

When Nikolaj reflects on his journey, he highlights Onitio’s development as a company with a flat organizational structure, freedom with responsibility, and a shared focus on customer satisfaction.
