Dong Le has recently taken on the role of Operational Service Manager at Technology Service East, bringing extensive experience and a strong work ethic with him.
Since joining Onitio in the fall of 2019 through a ‘try and hire’ contract, Dong has proven to be a valuable addition to the team.
Before his time at Onitio, Dong was an operations manager at a security company and an union representative at Danske Bank. His diverse background and leadership skills made him the preferred choice for the newly created position as an Operational Service Manager.
Feedback from employee surveys indicates a positive shift in the workplace environment since Dong’s appointment. Dong acknowledges the complexity of leading former colleagues, but as an operational leader actively involved in daily operations, he has developed a solid understanding of the team’s needs and workflows.
His hands-on approach has helped foster a spirit of collaboration among employees, and making him a respected leader. Dong is clearly ready to make a significant impact in his new role.
